Cruising Tokyo is a series of clips from outtakes of a short mockumentary I shot with Studio Re: in the summer of 2008 in, where else? Tokyo, Japan. Inspired by the work of Ron Fricke, I edited this footage to a moody music-video observational video. The music is the track Manifold (Morning Edit), from the album Manifold EP, by Aes Dana. Time 2:52

Once Forgotten was made for the NGO IDEAS in 2003 to help promote their operations in rural China. I was hired to film it and make several documentaries based on it. This was the shortest of the four. The footage was acquired in the field from Yuexi, Kunming and Chengdu, China. The map animation was created with Apple Motion. Time 2:17

Out of the Box was part of a workshop with SOTA (School of the Arts) in Olympia, WA, in August, 2007. Time 5:27

This short film was supposed to be a promotional for Pathways Church in Denver for their summer 2002 picnic. We, the filmmakers, got a bit carried away and turned it into a mockumentary. Time 4:54

LORE Live Episode 15 was a ground-breaking video podcast episode I directed for LORE magazine in September, 2007. This was significant because the two subjects we brought together were historically rivals, but also iconic figures in the real estate industry. This presentation is a dialogue between Wes Foster of Long & Foster and Dave Liniger of RE/MAX. Time 17:33

Gluttony was a spur-of-the-moment assembly of random footage I'd gathered over a 12-month period and some travels to Asia. I was asked by Pathways Church to create a visual intro for one of a series of sermons on The Seven Deadly Sins in 2004. This turned into a really nice piece, but I give most of the creative credit to the musicians who "loaned" me the use of their track: Herd Killing by The Future Sound of London, from the album Dead Cities. A cameo appearance by my friend Graham Fleming, and I make a peek or two on screen. Additional footage was captured by Blaine Howerton. Locations are as diverse as Denver, Hong Kong and Tokyo, and even a short clip from Cairns, Queesnland, Australia. I also "borrowed" a few screen-recorded clips from the Food Network. For this reason, Facebook removed this video from my profile. But it still lives on here, and on YouTube. Time 2:10

In 2002, I worked with a PR savant Michelle Erisman to create a short clip raising awareness about a non-profit charity called Damen House, a shelter for battered women in Denver, Colorado. Photography and lighting were handled by Greg Murphy. Time 4:17
